Fitness coaching for busy dads
Coaching for busy dads who want to get genuinely fit for the right reasons: showing up strong, energetic and present for their family. Minimal equipment, built around your current reality.
Who this is for
Maybe you were fit before kids and lost it somewhere between the sleepless nights and a schedule that isn't yours anymore. Or maybe you were never really into fitness, but becoming a dad changed what you want for yourself. Either way, you're not chasing a look. You want to be strong, capable and there for your family, and that's exactly who this is built for.
The reframe
You know the dad you want to be: strong, energetic, never running out of steam at the park. But the training either stopped or never really started, not because you're lazy, but because every fitness model out there assumes time and a gym you don't have as a dad. The problem was never you. It was the model. Dads Camp is built for the life you actually have.
The approach
We start by building your training base and the habits that make it stick.
Then it keeps going, month to month. Not a program you finish and lose again.
Coached 1:1 by a dad who gets you and will hold you to a higher standard than you'd hold yourself.
Some weeks are brutal. The goal isn't a perfect streak, it's to scale down rather than skip, and keep the flame alive. Consistency beats perfection.

Your coach
Ten years an athlete: CrossFit, running, yoga, calisthenics. Then two kids broke the old routine completely. For a while I did the all-or-nothing thing: if I couldn't train properly, I didn't train at all. So I rebuilt around short home workouts and simple eating, done consistently. Today I'm fitter than I was before kids, on a fraction of the time. Now I coach busy dads through the same shift, whether they're getting back to it or starting fresh.
Questions
No. Sessions are built to work with minimal equipment that can be performed from home. A pull-up bar and gymnastic rings are considered the essentials.
Short, focused sessions built around a real week, not hours you don't have. You can get very far in as little as 2 hours per week.
No. It's for dads getting back to it and dads starting for the first time. Same goal, different starting point.
Life happens. The approach is built to scale down on hard weeks rather than fall apart completely.
Free workouts are a search away. What's actually been missing isn't exercises, it's a system built for your real life, and a coach who adjusts it as things change.
We hop on a short call to see if it's a fit, no pitch you have to sit through.
